Sri Marriages – Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy matrimonial platform, all users must follow these Community Guidelines.

1. Genuine Profiles Only

Users must provide accurate and truthful information while creating their profiles. Creating fake, misleading, impersonated, or fraudulent profiles is strictly prohibited.

2. Respectful Communication

Users must interact with other members respectfully and courteously. Harassment, abusive language, threats, intimidation, discrimination, offensive content, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

3. No Spam or Unsolicited Promotions

Users may not send spam messages, advertisements, promotional content, business solicitations, referral schemes, or repeated unwanted communications through the platform.

4. Profile Information Standards

Profile details, photographs, and personal information must be genuine, lawful, and relevant to matrimonial purposes. Misrepresentation of age, marital status, education, occupation, income, or identity is prohibited.

5. Photo Upload Guidelines

Users may upload only their own photographs or photographs for which they have permission. Images containing offensive content, nudity, violence, illegal activities, copyrighted material, watermarks, contact details, or advertisements are not allowed.

6. Privacy and Safety

Users should not publicly share sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial details, bank account information, OTPs, or other confidential data through the platform.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Identity fraud or impersonation • Scams or financial solicitation • Blackmail, extortion, or coercion • Posting unlawful, harmful, or misleading content • Creating multiple accounts for deceptive purposes • Using automated tools, bots, or unauthorized access methods

8. Reporting Violations

Users can report suspicious profiles, abusive behavior, fake accounts, spam, or policy violations by contacting customer support. All reports will be reviewed by our moderation team.

9. Account Suspension or Removal

Sri Marriages reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently remove any account found violating these Community Guidelines, Terms & Conditions, or applicable laws without prior notice.

10. Cooperation with Investigations

Users agree to cooperate with reasonable investigations related to complaints, abuse reports, fraud prevention, security incidents, or violations of platform policies.
